December 4-5, 2019 | Washington, DC

Hosted by the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), the Solar+ Policy Summit is a packed, two-day gathering where policymakers, policy influencers and renewable energy industry members will discuss key policy initiatives to pave the way for the next decade of clean energy growth.

The Summit kicks off with The Solar+ Policy Forum on December 4th, where federal, state and trade policy intersect. Among other topics, attendees will gain key insights into wholesale power market design, state decarbonization strategies, and how trends and best practices in siting and permitting affect the acceleration of utility-scale solar development.

SEIA, along with our members and allies across the energy spectrum, have set an ambitious goal: solar energy will comprise 20% of all U.S. electricity generation by 2030. To reach this target, the solar industry must work collaboratively and comprehensively with other technologies and industries to build a strong Solar+ economy. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from government leaders including Commissioner Bernard L. McNamee from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and industry executives such as Alex McDonough, Vice President of Public Policy at Sunrun on the regulatory and legislative policies affecting the renewable energy industry.
