S.A.G. Solarstrom AG to implement 20 MWp roof-top pipeline in Italy with Hanwha Group
Freiburg, March 16, 2012. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (German security identification number: 702 100, ISIN: DE0007021008), Freiburg i. Br., has agreed to work together with Hanwha Europe GmbH, Hanwha
SolarOne Ltd. and Hanwha SolarEnergy Corp. on the implementation of various roof-top projects with a total output of 20 MWp.
The roof-top systems are to be installed on behalf of a joint venture company, in which the Hanwha Group will hold a share of 85% and S.A.G. Solarstrom AG 15%, on various industrial roof-tops, mainly in Northern Italy, by the end of June 2012. Modules from Hanwha SolarOne Ltd will be used. The project has a total investment volume of over €40 million. The agreement also includes an option for the construction of further roof-top projects of up to 20 MWp, which are still to be developed.
